I bet I could do it once. Be failing at the end with thoes team pink dumbbells and walking like I got Parkinson’s 😂

Then spend a week trying to recovery.
I have one of Jordan Peters old fatloss programs and it was beyond ridiculous. I was fucked after a week.
It was 7 days a week high volume, high intensity.
Here’s weeks 1-3.4-8 is 2 sessions a day with the cardio.

Here’s the rest of the training days if anybody wants to give it a shot. You’ll definitely lean the fuck up quick if you’re in a deficit if you can push through it.

I tried a high volume program once, not en this insane. Made it three weeks and felt like a walking zombie during the day. Everything felt heavy when doing day to day stuff, and had zero pep. Not good for my lifestyle and results lol. It was only 5 days a week. I had to stop.

I was even working volume up prior to prep for the program.

I can only imagine what this would be like. Life sucking.

My current training the volume gets up there and it’s failure but it’s only 3 days a week and it peaks in weeks 5&6 and then I take a week off.
It’s more of a calculated overreaching.

It can be done if done smart. If I try to program it though I ALWAYS over do it. I’d have to follow a smart program.

It still sucks though. My job can be physical at times. Makes predicting these things even harder, it certainly has an effect on my workouts and recovery.

Depends on the bodypart but probably an hour. Add abs and cardio and Im in the gym 2 hrs a day, 7 days a week. But I only lift 4 days. I go heavy and to failure and drop sets are my love language

I try to be in and out in ~75 minutes or less.
