Fair enough. But my post was based on my own anecdotal experiences that fell in line without others experiences.
What is FACT is that the more gh you run, the higher your blood sugar goes. When your bg is fucked, so are your training efforts- cant lose fat with high bg, and you will just get fat bulking with poor insulin sensitive.
Anything higher than 4iu is IMO large dose and compromises blood sugar, but to your point everyone is a bit different and should monitor their bg before and after know what they need.
Would you agree that for the average user, 5iu+ of quality gh is a hefty dose?
