Rest days are just as important as training days

I train 5 days per week, but one of those sessions is just for biceps because they’re a week point and giving them all of my attention on one day works for me. But that day is not very taxing on my cns compared to the others.

I train every body part once per week except triceps. I hit those on chest day and shoulder day

4 days - monday tuesday dynamic days / thursday and saturday max effort. Cardio is every day. sweet short n simple like that girl we all dated in 8th grade.

Train 4x a week and perform conditioning 3x a week (for anaerobic and aerobic energy pathway, focusing on anaerobic).

3 full body lifting days a week. Best I can consistently get in. Been doing that for years now. I use to do 4, upper lower split. As a teen I did typical bro split up until I played football.

I like 4 the best if I can pick.

Plus I'm taking a bit of a sabbatical right now from weight lifting.

Trying to kick a heavy bag after leg day is a bit too much for me at the moment.
