How would your structure tricep work on a full body split ?

When I do incline dumbbell press my triceps get worked majorly

And when I do just 3 sets of skull crushers at the end of my 3 day split my triceps feel pumped like crazy

I just don't want to do more tricep work then I would need as I don't want to affect my OHP and bench press but I still want to grow my triceps huge lol

Any thoughts

I currently only one exercises directly skull crusher and I go all out

You don't HAVE to do direct tricep work if you feel you are stimulating them enough with your other movements.

Triceps have fast recovery and can be worked multiple times per week. This shouldn't really be that big of a deal.

Personally, I would just do tricep Pulldowns after one of the exercises you already mentioned. But like @Send0 said, a lot of the time it is not necessary.

I train upper body (chest/ shoulder/ triceps) 2x a week. I make sure I have a big lift like CG Press and then also put something in that's low fatigue like a cabled Tate press.

If I'm doing a full body split, I'm already pressing 2-3 times a week. I don't need to spend a lot of time on isolating triceps (If I cared much about isolation, I would switch to a body part split). So, I'll press heavy. Maybe close grip bench or dip moderate weights. Any pure isolation would be done to pump. Going for burn, not strain. So maybe after a bench day 4 sets of six reps, I might do some press downstairs. Light weight, 50 reps in as few sets as possible.
If you are doing a full body split, triceps are the frosting, not the cake. Don't overthink it.
