Howdy all!
Bored and got a few hours at work so figured I’d make another intro. Started over at TID and seeing some familiar names so that’s pretty cool. Just figured I’d get into the community, meet some mentors/friendly faces and learn. Contribute where I can but I’m definitely out of my depth in some of these threads lol
Quick stats: 24YO/5’7/220 pounds/19-25%BF. Been out of the gym for a long time, +/- a couple years. Did an inbody scan a couple weeks ago and it gave me 19%bf and 175 pounds of lean mass but if I were to place bets I’d say I’m probably at 25%BF. I don’t trust those machines.
History: Dumb shit. Lots of dumb shit. Coach told me to, etc. Got the t shirt. Trained hard and consistent for a few years and then life took a turn for a minute.
Current: Looking to cut over the next few months. If inbody is somewhat accurate I’d like to be 192-195 and about 12%BF. Cycling on only 400 Test E. I don’t do much else anymore. Occasionally get a wild hair and do an oral for a short while, or a short chained Esther. I’ll look for the right place to post diet/training/progress pics but this is my first official week back on the wagon after a long time. Hopefully I did this right lol
