Hi All! How do you handle hunger or cravings during fasting periods? What strategies or tricks help you stay on track?

I find in periods of hunger or cravings two things seem to help me, added slow water consumption and if I want something sweet as a craving to have something bitter, like very bitter tea and it seems to kick my brain off the sweet thing for a good long time.

I wake up at 2 a.m every single fckin morning starving to death. I chug 3 tall glasses of water and go back to bed. Doesn’t make the hunger completely go away but enough where I can fall back asleep
