It’s my last yr competing and it’s one of the only things I haven’t used before and I’d really like to before I hang it up. Is there anyways you could point me in the right direction?

I also have 2 serostim kits I’d be willing to trade if someone was interested in something other than money.

Idk just never tried it so before I hang it up I’d like to. No I don’t think it’s magic like some but I just want to see for myself and I might just be wasting money but I’m finally in a position to afford it so I’d like to try it. I’ve had the opportunity a couple times in the past to get some but wasn’t in a position to afford it.

Hey, Im assuming you've tried both Pharma and generic GH. Ive heard guys like Chase Irons saying that Pharma is so much better and others saying good generics are equal to pharma when dose equated. Whats your take on Pharma vs. generic?

I hold less water on pharma but good generics are just as good. Now if you get shit generics for cheap trying to save money you’ll probably hold a bunch of water but at the end of the day if it’s 191aa then it’s gh.

I had this conversation with Justin Harris when we worked together. He said a lot of the difference is from how the actual compound is handled to avoid any degradation. Pharma is always kept in the fridge and doesn’t end up in hot shipping containers from China for weeks which will overtime lower the potency of the gh. To offset this most companies make 12-14iu bottle so when you get the product it’s still atleast 10iu that’s why you see all these test with over dosed gh.

The other thing some generics will do is add something to them to make you hold more water bc that’s a side effect of gh so people think they’re better than they actually are.

I’d recommend looking for a generic that’s atleast 97%+ with no dimer.

I've also heard several times that Serostim has a diuretic in it, so that could also be a factor.

That's interesting, is this something you heard in passing or was it on a podcast or something like that?

Podcast. If I recall correctly, it was Kurt Havens.

Also said that since they're manufactured in Massachusetts, they avoid the possible overseas shipping issues, like temperature and time duration.

Everything I read about IGF-1, even the crazy expensive real igf-1 from a pharmacy is its effects are overbkown and it's so new no one has a clue what it can do, adversly, to the user.

I wouldn't take a chance.

I know all about last contests. After competing for 12 straight years I knew I had to hang it up after my last one. Bitter sweet.

Knowing it was the end I put everything I had into about 16 months before my last contest and I did end up looking the best I ever had that year.

What I did differently was made sure I employed the best body uilding, drug coach I could find at the time. I used GH and insulin for the first time. Anabolic drugs, I really didn't change.

I worked with this coach from 16 months out all the way to day of contest and his help was invaluable. Especially the last week. I never peaked so perfectly before.

He also helped my off season slot. Put me in a strict muscle building diet. I basically ate clean for 16 months! The off season diet was 6 meals of 50 g protein and 80 g of carbs.

wild, u have pharma GH and take generics for the water? interesting I heard because of the larger Kda of generics they cause more water water retention, but its mostly just bloat and carpal tunnel. Guys like chase irons swear by pharma saying its so much better, is he just bullshitting? whats ur take on that? Im guessing ur running bestropin?

Im not spending 7x what it cost me for generics in the offseason I have completely changed my physique in the last 1.5yr since I’ve been able to run 5iu+ a day non stop and for the last 6 months its been 10iu+. If you eat clean, do cardio and stay lean the water retention is minimal on good genetics. I mean yea chase says that and I talk to him pretty regularly but on the flipside dr Todd Lee said he’s tested all lab markers on good generics (same as I use) vs seros at like 15-18iu a day and bloods showed no difference and water was not significantly worse. So do you believe a dr with blood work to prove no significant difference or a YouTuber that with anecdotal evidence.

hmmm, u stating u were able to get growth off of 10 iu of generics is interesting. Most on his discord shit on generics, but IDK what they're diet looks like. Im assuming u got no minimal water retention. To answer your question, i don't believe Dr. Todd Lee. hes quite unwise in saying u should get ur e2 at 100 for max IGF-1 conversion but what he's not considering is that IGF-1 BP1 is upregulated w high e2 and while you are getting more more IGF-1 on paper its all bound up and useless because of IGF-1 BP1. This is why cattle are given e2 and tren because they will get peak IGF-1 from this, whereas humans wont becacuse cattle dont have IGF-1 BP1. To add to your credit, most generics are 20 kda. Serostim and other pharma is 22kda. 80% of the GH we produce is 22 kda while the rest 20% is 20 kda. it would behoov guys that take pharma to run some generics as well to get closest bioidentical effects.
