My blood sugar has always been a bit whacky , even months into the keto.
I tend to eat less carbs for one of the reasons dude mentions. If i really pack on a ton of carbs I feel like shit and can end up having a seizure.
Going higher fat and lower carbs is supposed to lower glutamate and raise GABA ,, not like I understand all the science , I just know I feel better eating like that.
