im not even surprised, I never heard anything bad(atleast well argumented or/on science based) about TRT only the good stuff and experiences.

Most of the data i have seen in recent years seems to support the use of TRT. Studies showing an increased likely hood of increased longevity would be better then any improvements in just 1 area.

I agree with y'all, I'll probably take it one step further and say increase in testosterone for all humans is a way better thing.
Now we have to be careful sometimes when we see articles like this. Sometimes the scope of the study is extremely specific, in this case
testosterone treatment in hypogonadal men with hepatic steatosis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and cardiovascular disease (CVD)
Translation
So testosterone treatment in men that produce little to no testosterone, who have fatty liver disease, along with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and Cardiovascular disease (CVD) which is a broad term for conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels. It includes:

Coronary artery disease (CAD)
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Heart failure
Arrhythmias
Stroke
