Hit a paywall. Can someone summarize?
Another in a long line of contradicting small sample size studies on exercise timing and its effect on fat metabolism and blood sugar stability. This one indicates evening exercise is superior to morning.

Other than arm work like curls pushups etc. for pumping up, I've never been a day lifter. Always like to go in at around 9 or 10 ish.

will give this a try though

I also hit a paywall but honestly, if I see something written by the New York times, I don't pay much attention to it.

New York Times? Considering their record in the last few years I can see them retracting this article in a few days after they found out it was false and just based on some tweet a reporter read.

And when it comes to exercise timing or food timing or whey protein type or preworkout or all these other little things they seem to make very little differences and often another study will come out in a year with equally bad data that someone will say the total opposite.

For 99.9% of people... just work out. Stop worrying about the little details.
