Whats going on guys. 48yr old work long hours so training can be tough but I always manage to get some kind of sweat in. Been on TRT for couple years but thinking about playing with a bit more. Just looking for perspectives and insights how to always feel good look good age good and if I know something that helps im glad to share.

Plenty of ways to go if you want more bang for your trt buck.

But honestly if you work big hours have family and other commitments dobt bother. The gains from introducing more to your cycle demand training and diet commitment. Be happy with what you have and can do. 48 isn't old. Not here. But it is a good age to look in the mirror and consider if mire work and commitments are worth the small gains. Trt will have helped with muscle loss due to age and helped with your sex drive and energy. What more is really worth putting in an extra 6 hours a week of lifting and eating five or six times a day even if you aren't hungry.

Not trying to talk you out of it. Plenty guys here looking seriously good over 55 here. But it isn't from mire gear. It is from more commitment. Chat with @snake about his commitment. I'm sure you haven't got anywhere near that sort of drive or passion. Sure the dude looks great. Better than most still in their 20s. But not many can commit to this lifestyle like he does. He is a machine and that is rare. Even here he is an exceptional trainer. Better to find a happy place on trt.

Appreciated mate. Im in 4 days right now, other day is kickboxing and one day yoga really helps the lower lumber probs. Workouts are still solid but just feels less to me since I was doing the am/pm split before getting fasted cardio in and weights at night. Had more time. No family to mind to but looking after older parents can make you pivot quite bit

I genuinely don't understand anyone downplaying commitment to goals, particularly physique related ones.

OP, before adding gear, lets go over your training and diet. Both of those are the biggest factors in your physique and outcome.

Post a picture if you want even more refined results. Face is not needed if privacy is of concern.

Thanks Drew, both diet and training can def be lot better. I push but not as hard as before, body is healing in some places so it hinders things at times. I push but try listening to my body more these days keep training style more flexible.

Welcome. Trt is good. I have been on for years. It's not going to kill you to run a couple 8-10 week cycles a year. You don't have to be concerned with pct anymore.

I haven't blasted for awhile but 500mg test only worked well. If I were you I'd stay away from harsh oral aas.

Thanks @Big-paul definitely agree ive been on and off there's a profound diff when I'm off, dosage ive always keep between half and full cc, I ballooned with a full cc. It's one of those things where I was happy at cc but there's always that curiosity to see how a blast would feel. Was thinking little deca for some aching joints, possibly GH on the horizon.

The active ingredient concentration is what you need to understand, not cc's. Everything you need to understand is found here.

I was generally speaking but you are correct agreed. My usual can be completely diff to someone else's.
