I am 60 yrs old and I have been working out slightly throughout my entire life on and off now I am m in my 60's and I have gotten a renewed interest in working out so I hope to drink from the fountain of knowledge that I know exists here.

Hi there over 60. You aren't alone at that age. Plenty aiming for 70 here and still sporting rock solid bodies.
I'm sure it doesent happen because it would be a terrible thing. But watch out for labs and such trying to sway you with pleasantries.
You made no mention that you are here to find support in that area. So they have no business littering your inbox.

Welcome, I'm also 65 and did BB'ing in my 40's. Feeling the quick atrophy from not moving these days. So it is back to re-adapting my body for war!!! The war against aging genes! LOL
