Introduction and cycle advice

So I’ve been all around this forum and others recently, originally looking for an online source which I’ve deemed impossible at this point. I get my gear from guy at my gym and have done blood work and seen obvious gains so I know at least the test is good. My last cycle I did tren and actually quit it early because I’m convinced it was trash, no changes after two months, no sides, literally nothing. I’ve gone a deca cycle with him before so I know it was good the last time so gonna run another one. This with be 4th cycle. First was 400mg test 12 weeks ai and hcg Put on 30 lbs lean. Second was 500 test,300 deca, and anavar for 16 weeks. Last cycle was 300test tren started at 150 and bumped it up weekly till 250-300 range before ending it also ai and caber. Current cycle is gonna be 750 test, 400 deca, no orals other then aromasin. What are your guys thoughts on adding proviron? I didn’t have any ed problems with deca before but it’s a much higher dose this time. I’m also on trt 200 mg week. 6” 190 lbs 37 yo. Thanks

Nothing makes me more sad then seeing guys who's every cycle is longer, higher doses and/or adding more compounds to the mix. I ran 500mg test and 300mg deca on and off for three years, gained 40lbs in those three years. Went from 225lbs at 11-12% BF to 263lbs at 13-14% body fat. I am 6'1''. I was 31-34 years old at that time.

You are 6 feet tall and only 190lbs after four cycles. If your numbers are correct you started at under 150lbs. Your first post here is about drugs. Why not ask about: training, diet, rest, food, splits, frequency, rep ranges, failure or non failure training, volume ranges....ect.

Ok I meant I put on 30 pounds lean. Obviously it wasn’t all muscle but I’ve managed to retain most of it. The other cycle I gain around 20 and kept maybe ten. and deca I was much fuller like I was retaining water.
This is end of first cycle,then deca, then current status

I didnt keep all thirty. I started at 160 and now I sit at 190. I’ve gotten up around 200 was the most. I workout 6 days a week chest/back,arms/shoulder,legs repeat. I eat like crazy I’m at 2900 calories not including main dinner. That’s breakfast, lunch, pre gym meal, I also work long hours construction in Arizona so between the heat and metabolism it’s hard to keep weight on. I was working out pretty intensely for 8 years before stepping into this world of steroids.

I'm just busting your balls. But it's really not a lot of food.
Then I eat dinner and try to eat a meal before bed, usually 6-8 oz chicken and 250 grams of rice is last meal before bed but hard to do sometimes. I work 70 hours a week on top of kids etc. plus my job is not like I have access to microwave so meal prep is cold 10-12 oz of chicken sandwiched between 6 slices of Dave’s killer bread with some chicfila sauce lol

I burn 2900 calories a day on the average day according to fit bit (lol)……I’m 5’11 200 ish on trt.
Just saying as an example to Cjs comment of not much food…

Adding proviron with 750 mg test will do nothing. It’s like spitting into the ocean.
I was adding it to avoid deca dick lol I didn’t have any problems last time but didn’t wanna risk it. I have left over caber on hand that my guy said to use if I had any problems but from what I’ve read on line some people use caber or have it on hand but I’ve heard convincing arguments that it’s useless in that case.

Taking drugs to allow you to take other drugs is a bad rabbit hole to go down.
