Hi All, 49 year old guy in NY. 6'1", #195. Do weight training 4 times a week. Recently started on TRT from the doc. Eating a ton of whey protein along with a reasonably healthy diet; chicken, fish, turkey, brown rice, sweet potatoes, veggies, etc. Creatine sometimes. I've seen some gains since dropping Crossfit and getting back in a regular gym, and am eager to keep em coming!
