Damn I didn’t think of all the extras like that. I’m glad you brought those up, because my pallet has to have something new or I get burned out quick!

Might not be the best place for it. But since we are on the topic of losing weight.

I do a lot of meal prep. I keep it simple with eggs, rice, (either turkey, chicken, beef) just to mix it up. And some easy veggies on the side

I know a bunch of people generally do the same, more or less. And im sure people get burnt out. So

What's some sauces yall have used for something similar that are lower calorie. But to just jazz it up every now and then Might be something worth him trying

Consistency is always key. Having a broad span of sauces can really help.
Ghost pepper, scorpion pepper, and reaper

Chicken breast and frozen veggies. Can't get much cheaper than that.
The upside of this diet is the loss of your tastebuds and appatite. That should make another 20 pounds loss right there.
Try gaining quality weight like me. You just add rice to chicken and veg without wanting to kill someone.

Stick with it my friend. High protine with fibre from good veg like @CJ said will speed things up.
It won't be forever. When you start to see abbs you can introduce other carbs.
Good work so far.
Good luck. Don't give up.

He can introduce other carbs whenever he wants. There's an argument to be made that rice isn't optimal on a diet, due to lack of nutrients and satiety.

Potatoes and sweet potatoes are both better choices. Much more filling and nutritious, and less likely to overconsume, compared to rice.

It flips during a gaining phase, where rice becomes the better option for those struggling with keeping hungry.

I’ve read that from other places as well. Rice rather be white brown or jasmine, I feel like I can eat tons of it and still want more
