Is it normal for the entire vial stopper seal to pull out while removing the cap?

I've never had it happen before now. Wondering if I should be concerned about the source or if it's just a fluke thing. Seems like the vial is more open to contamination now since it can't be re-sealed.

Contact the source, it means the seal was not tight enough and the crimpers need to be adjusted.

If the vial is sealed tight, the tops are cheap and too thin.

much appreciated. just need some advice how to get oil stains off my nice sheets now lol

Cheap crimp on caps are usually the reason. The really cheap caps aren't much more than formed foil.

I wouldn’t use it after that cause bacteria can get in or it may not but the thought would give me anxiety
