CLIFFS:

Legs -- Hack Squat
Hamstring -- Any Hamstring Curl Variation
Glute -- Barbell Hip Thrust
Lat -- Undergrip Pulldown on Hammer Strength Machine
Upper Back -- Chest supported T-Bar Row.
Side Delts -- Side Raise Machine / Cable Raise Machine. Cuff not Handle.
Biceps -- Single Arm Curl, braced, so bicep is all that's working.
Triceps -- Dips
Chest -- DB Press. Anything that brings humerus fully across the body to fully shorten the chest.
Calves -- "Don't ask me I have the worst calves ever" Toe Press and spend five seconds in the eccentric, then five seconds in the stretched position before coming back out.
