I've seen @eazy use something like this as well. Right on man !I always hated humping DB up and figured sooner or later I'd tear my shoulder off putting them down. Just gave them a try yesterday an I like them. You do have to get used to taking the entire DB out with the hooks, kinda weird looking but it works.

Hell no retro fitness has the bare minimum
Well I'm the owner of my gyms and don't make that SendO kind of money. lol
I don't want to chance humping up the DB's. Anything over 60's seems shoulder dangerous.I wanted to try these but a buddy made fun of me when I brought it up so I still be heaving them with my knees
Yeah, I feel it in my elbows, the humping them up. Not worth it, so I switched to machines.I don't want to chance humping up the DB's. Anything over 60's seems shoulder dangerous.
Oh, I was replying to Bundy because he said he wished his gym had the spotters you showed. So I showed him the style of spotters available at my golds, thinking they might have something similar at his gym.Well I'm the owner of my gyms and don't make that SendO kind of money. lol
I'll see how it goes but they were a TEMU snag for $15.
They're pretty cool. The arms move forward as you grab and pull the dumbbells, putting you in the ideal safe position to start benching.I've never seen these before. Not a bad idea, I guess.
Your a better man than me. I won't change. It old school or nothing. Guess once a flicker. Always a flicker.I always hated humping DB up and figured sooner or later I'd tear my shoulder off putting them down. Just gave them a try yesterday an I like them.
