I’ve seen this piece of equipment where you can attach a DB to it and you have it around your lower calf and it allows you to perform leg curls.
Don’t know the name of the device but if anybody here has used it would love to hear any feedback .
My old gym had one of those standing single leg curl machines and I loved it. My current gym has the lying leg curl and seated. I def prefer lying over the two.
