What’s up guys . New here so if you didn’t see my introduction post , recap

32 , 166lbs 5’7. 200mg/test/trt

Going to try and update this few times a week. Won’t be able to do it everyday. Also a small business owner and man idk why I made this choice sometimes. All I do is work!

Not sure my body fat atm

Last year I went from 185-145 all natty

Trying to gain size, grow and learn

Current split

Monday-chest/tris/shoulders
Tuesday-back/bis
Wednesday-quads
Repeat
Saturday I hit hamstrings vs quads

Only rest days are sundays

Current macros are 2,800
Proteins :244
Carbs:210
Fats:109

Never said I was successful 😂😂

Jk . Man you can do anything dude . I just have a good support sys, with a very encouraging wife . She has her own career and makes killer money , so my low weeks are no big deal .

M business is brutal tho and I am kinda contemplating on getting out of it

I am a leather artisan. I make high end wallets , purses,belts, etc

I also do laser services . I sell ALOT of hats with custom leather lasered logos

Decent money if you have loads of volume sales

I have a degree in computer networking but never used it

Update:

Just smashed hamstrings and shoulders

I want to keep bulking to gain thickness but I hate this jiggly heavy feeling

Going to start walking on the treadmill few times a week and hoping that makes me feel a bit better

I would never never use my degree . I got it almost a decade ago . I’m not sure what I would do , but this time I would weigh my options heavily and maybe do some online schooling, go towards a direction that I like not something that’s just easy to attain

I think I’ll drop my calories to 2,400

You see all year last year I was on a cut . For months on end I was eating sub 2,000 calories

I didn’t slowly increase my calories this year, just jumped to 2,400,then went up from there

But feeling tired , fat, and soft lol

So going to drop calories back down to 2,400.

Add 3 30min cardio sessions , and hope energy levels come back

Trying to decide what I want to do cycle wise

Smashed back and bis . 4 am gym session.


Back:
Wide grip pull ups , underhand grip 4 sets to failure

Barbell bent over row . 4 sets 10 reps. Each rep from a dead stop

Dumbell rear delt row . 4 sets 10 reps

Dumbell one arm row . 3 sets 10 reps

Dumbell spider curls . 3 sets 12 reps

Dumbell alternate curl. Thumbs on the outside to put more tension on forearms .
3 sets 12 reps

Reverse curl 3 sets 12 reps

One all arms movements. Squeezed at the top, held for a few seconds then slow descent.

20 min treadmill walk . 3.2 speed , 8 incline

Feeling great, feeling less bloated

Wanted to update my diet info

Ended up dropping calories to 2,200

Wanted to try and recomp . According to my tdee , maintenance is ,2350

Current macros are
Protein:247
Carbs:165
Fat:61
