Cable biceps curl - 120x12, 105x12, 105x10
Cable reverse fly - 35x6, 25x9, 20x11

Exercise - Leg Day A
Squat - 135x8, 225x8, 315x6*, 315x5
Leg Press - 540x8, 540x8, 540x8
Seated leg curl - 205x10, 205x10, 190x12
Standing calf raise - 427x12, 427x12, 427x12

The asterisk on squats was where I crushed my hand between the bar and the rack. Nothing broken or anything too bad, just bruised up. Totally threw me off my game though which sucks.
