Does anyone a good site to calculate my macros
Not sure exactly what you mean, but if you mean you need to find nutrition info of foods, try this...Does anyone a good site to calculate my macros
Those bmr calculators are all far from accurate. Just do a basic estimated lean body mass x15 then subtract 1-1.5x per lb of body weight for grams of protein. The number left is your remaining calories. If you’re dropping weight too fast and performance in the gym suffering then add 100-200 calories until you’re not. If you’re gaining weight or not losing 1-1.5lbs a week then lower it 200 calories. This will give you a place to start. None of this is an exact science it really just comes down to collecting and evaluating data until you get everything dialed in. The first few weeks could really be you playing around with everything and figuring it out. Other than protein just eat however you can the most consistently. I’m not a macros guy for the most part I’m a calories guy.More specifically BMR. Different web sites give a person a different BMR.
