generally I tend to sleep slightly more and deeper and still feeling more exhausted after gym. Not sure if it's general drop of testosterone or what's the reason, but feeling somewhat weaker this week.
I think we all have ups and downs from time to time like this.

front squat with stop at the bottom 100x4x3, then standard 120x3
back squat 140,160, 180x3x2
calves on leg press - 6 series with 185 amrap
abs to sides hanging 4 series amrap

This is a common thing with Americans of Slavic backgrounds. My dad had grandparents from Slavic countries yet didn't know much about it.
Also reacting to CohibaRobusto :)
I was actually surprised how many Czech and Slovak (and Polish of course as we're relatively close) guys came to the area of Ohio. You just see the names of officers here and there and seriously each second one is something from these nations.

Anyway, anytime you guys want to visit, lemme know ;) happy to introduce you to the culture (not only beer).

machine for benchpress 4 series with 100kg (dunno, each machine is totally random in its weights and real pressure :) so following the feeling only
cable fly 50kg 4x6
triceps pull down 70kg 5x8 + hamstring machine by 90kg amrap
calves 70x9, 80x7, 90x3x6 + abs on bench 3 series amrap

It's funny you say that because Ohio is where my dad is from. Ohio along with the parts of Pennsylvania next to Ohio definitely absorbed a lot of the Slavic immigration to the U.S.

That part of the world is definitely on my list of places I want to visit. 🙂 I'm sure the beer is much better than here hahaha

abs - toes to bar - 3 series amrap (nothing great after the previous one)

first day after bronchitis, but the recovery was relatively good over the week, so did not feel that bad. Waiting for leg day :).

Well, getting it two, three times a year, so I got used to it, but it's a wasted week :) thx
Now I should have done gun license tests, but had to postpone it because of it, so maybe in January.
