I'm a big fan of running Deca long-term but in low doses like 90 - 120mg/wk. This has helped with my joints and arthritis which is mostly likely due to improved joint lubrication, increased collagen synthesis, and I believe it may aid in reducing inflammation.

I really believe Masteron is one of the safest compounds out there. I literally recovered from heart failure while running like 100mg mast a week with my trt.

I love it too. Love the way it makes me feel mentally and it seems to enhance the effects of other compounds, just goes well with everything.

Only downside for me is I have to be careful with how much androgenic stuff I run because I can get acne. So I keep it under 400mg when I run it. Adding var to that dose will eventually make me break out again.

IF running low dose mast for extended periods of time can have minimal side effects and yield good results I may be a player starting in a couple months when I go back to cruise. Hair... HA! the more test i take the less hair i have on my head.... but the chest and belly hair blanket is getting thicker, when i start leaning out I'm gonna nair that shit!

42 here, prostate is a concern, I’ve never tried mast and want to, but the older I get the more my brain says “stick to the basics.” Can always give it a go and check it off the list of shit not to take if I get any major negatives from it.

AAS in general crashes SHBG in MOST people. There are people who still have high SHBG while taking exogenous hormones, but they are the exception and not the rule.

I can't comment on the prostate issues, but I would think all DHT derivatives run that risk if a person is sensitive to getting elevated PSA.

This was a results statement on Endocrine Practice. Their objective was to review factors affecting use of testosterone therapy for hypogonadism including the persistent controversial link between testosterone therapy and prostate cancer.

"Trials of up to 36 months in length and longitudinal studies consistently fail to demonstrate an increased prostate cancer risk associated with increased testosterone levels. No evidence of an associated relationship between exogenous testosterone therapy and prostate cancer has emerged from clinical trials or adverse event reports. It does not appear that exogenous testosterone accumulates in the prostate or provokes major biologic change in the prostate gland. In addition, preliminary evidence indicates that low endogenous testosterone may confer an increased risk of prostate cancer."

Might not be the most suitable research source, but I've seen similar statements from other sources also.

This was me on a little mast 300mg (weekly ) and 40mg of anavar (daily ) along with 300 test e weekly. I wasn’t being super strict with my diet (far from it lol) and my sleep was shit due to work but still managed to find a decent look

Dropped the anavar after 7 weeks but still on mast and test. About to drop the mast and test dose down to 200mg weekly
