Hi, woman taking test cyp for TRT here...

I run 8mg every 5 days. I started at "Less than 20ng/dl" on my starting bloodwork. 5mg brought it to 36 and 8mg up to 56 total.

50 sounds like a lot to me, but I've also never cycled and don't know where she's starting for her baseline. I hope this helps.
My wife was thinking of doing trt. Any tips? Im gonna have her get some blood work first and see where she at but have you experienced any sides

Interesting thread ... some couples make it work while others struggle ... there is no question as we age into our 40's and 50's not only does there seem to be less time ... getting older comes with obvious issues of gaining weight more easy and less results from exercise ... I have found (for myself) understanding and accepting its fucking difficult and just do it anyway ... out in the work regardless ...

Trying to communicate this concept to a woman (for me) has not worked ... I identify with Spears comments even though my wife appreciates my efforts and tells me I look great ... but feels no need to do the same ... I completely understand the conversation of suggesting or attempting to provide guidance is perceived as a personal attack ... so I've got no solutions as of yet but still hopeful ...

Not my wife, although she has began upping her protein and doing more cardio recently.

But, my daughter is a competitive wrestler (freshman HS) and I set her up on a basic Push quad/ Pull Ham/ Full Body split. Obviously no enhancements, although she started taking creatine and glutamine along with her multi. Right now her RPE is about a 6, then she'll go up. A true beginner so no reason to go too hard too fast.

She naturally eats way more fresh fruits and vegetables than most kids, so just the basic split with wrestling on off days and added extra protein. This is the beginner hypertrophy stage, then before wrestling season she will move in to more wrestling along with more intense weights and analactic, aerobic and anaerobic work as well.

The biggest key, much like sports IMO, is it needs to be there choice and their desire to do it and you just help. You can't give someone the drive and desire to do it. All you can do is show what is possible and show your hard work and they may catch the bug.

I'm in complete delusional denial about my age and degenerating body. My wife says I get so pissed when she mentions my age.

Yes, very interesting topic. My ex-husband, for example, did not support me at all, he was constantly nagging about my lifestyle, hard training, and diet. And that only increased with age and years. My current boyfriend is the complete opposite. I met him at the gym, we both diet and train hard. despite the fact that he is 18 years younger than me, we get along great, and support each other in hard training and dieting.

Men,
How are you helping your wife or girlfriend to grow her muscles?
How hard are you pushing her and challenging her in the gym?
If she is on cycle, what is she taking and how many mg?
What is her nutrition like?
Men helping a girlfriend in fitness, bodybuilding, bikini or figure is most always a complete disaster that may leave the women with sides that never go away.

The problem is just about every guy has no idea how to train a woman, none. They revert back to what thay know themselves, what men do. That's a recipe for disaster.

It's more important for a woman than it is a guy to find the right coach, they need to do in in depth search to find someone with a whole lot of experience with women competitors.

Love your husband or BF all you want but do not let them give you advice about your training and esp drugs

If you know me, you know my wife (Sistersteel) and you know I don't have to push her one bit. Her resume speaks volumes. From her FBBing days to Oly lifting, to PLing to BJJ and now working on her thesis in Discrete Math.

The big thing is to find the right person and NOT try to make them into what you want. That NEVER works.
