Nice all-encompassing workout there. Going heavy on deadlifts and bench in the same session is always impressive.

I think you have the preview button clicked.

Click on that page with the magnifying glass icon, and see if it makes the tool bar active again.

I try, cause I thought that’s what I hit. It just turns red but won’t do anything. I tried logging out and back in too. Maybe I should try on a laptop

Theres another option that will disable to tool bar too. Let me see if I can figure out which one it is.

Fun story. HUGE guy was preacher curling with legit form and tempo with 135. He was
Looking at me like I was crazy for pressing that over head, I looked at him like he was crazy for curling that. I rarely get impressed with curls, but that was pretty crazy in person at a “normal” gym.

We each tried what each other was doing. Neither could do what the other was doing. I had one mean negative rep. That was about it. 😂

That's awesome. 😂👍 I love hearing about that kind of stuff at gyms. It's cool to see that old school sense of community still there.

Oh dude I love doing single arm db ohp! I'll only do it at home but I'm a huge fan of strongman so I throw that in every once in awhile, hit the hundo for 12 each side

Had to cut yesterdays workout short due to on call for work. I actually got called right after I got there, so I had to fly through. Oh well, at least my clock starts once I get the call. Got paid to workout.

Including warm up sets. That’s why there’s not much here but it felt pretty good anyway, Especially with a long workweek. This week will probably be one of thoes good ole 80-90 hour weeks. I’m used to about 50-55 haha. Occasionally we have these though.

How much sleep are you getting with that schedule?

Yea, it’s been a week of lots of communication and hard thinking haha. Plus the physical side of my job. Some
Weeks I feel like im stealing money cause it’s so easy, then other weeks I feel I made up for every bit of it haha. But I like it that way.

Eh not as much sleep as I should, bout 6.5 hours according to my oura ring. HRV has been falling all week, heart rate staying a lttile

Go like this a few weeks at a time before I notice it, but my ring picks up sooner.

I also notice it about now in the gym, but day to day I feel fine still.

That plus I’m looking at buying a boat in great shape minus one cylinder low on compression, and no fire on it. So I’ve been researching it for common lroboems
Although I suspect I’ll buy it and put a head on it. I think a valve is stuck open, might get it to free up but we will see. So I have that going on on top of everything haha. Just had to make a choice this week or id
Lose out on the deal.

Just getting over being sick. Plus another long work week. Didn’t workout Wednesday, but did some mobility work. Was running a fever. Wasn’t feeling 100% today, but pretty good. Ran out of juice pretty quick though, couldn’t muster up much at the end and preformed poorly.

Front Squat. Was able to work up some today despite being tail end of sick. Working up slowly in weight to prevent injury. Noticed foot collapsing some, have to note that next time, but otherwise looked good.
