You like those low rep leg presses?
I didn't yesterday, but I sure did last week. Last time it led to higher reps. I think yesterday I was just way too drained.

Moms having surgery tomorrow, so we will see how that goes. Me and my son are feeling better.

I had some sort of food poisoning hit me yesterday. Had to leave work early and spent the afternoon/evening dealing with one of the worst stomach aches I've had and going back and forth to the bathroom. It made it difficult to eat anything other than toast and stuff like that.

I felt the same way the weekend before in AZ....i have more unexpected travel so I am gonna be particular to what I eat.

What food do you think did it for you?

My stomach ache is coming on again today. I'm not gonna come close to hitting my protein goal at this rate. Just trying to reach the end of the work day.

My stomach still feels really sensitive. Despite the sleep I felt so tired and run down that I skipped the gym. I found it hard to eat much protein without stomach pain.

On the bright side, ate a large turkey sandwich after work and finally felt relatively normal.

It felt good just to be able to eat again without worrying about a stomach explosion. I ate a lot of 80/20 ground beef meatloaf which is where a lot of the fat came from.

This week has been a mess but I'm finally going to get in the gym today.
