Eat 3-5 meals per day.

Up your protein from lean, non-collagen sources

Eat a veggie or fruit with every meal.

Stop the "cheat days".

The rest can wait until after you've started to eat like a healthy adult.

will do thanks.

Also, I feel I should specify (though it might not matter) that the cereal I eat is plain bran flakes and almond milk, sometimes add some granola. Still no bueno?

Better than lucky charms, but still.

Show me the tits on an almond and where cereal sprouts from the ground.

Aim for the least processed foods you can find and make them fit your macros. Your macros are fine (if you hit them).

not bad at all.

to me eat some cereal means a box of frosted flakes and most of a half gallon of milk.

very different things.

if I add some granola its 1k calories, (every 61 grams is 300 calories) so I would not.

cut out the cheat days and ice cream. wont need the fat burner.
Ok good, I love my bran flakes...was gonna be sad to give them up. I'll ditch the ice cream no problem. I've just always operated on the assumption that a cheat day was ok and even encouraged if it helps keep you on the diet. But I don't need that to keep me on the straight and narrow, I'm determined enough.
there is a difference between 3 sets of 6 and 1 set of 18 reps
Yeah, I know, I just didn't think 275 3x6 was bad. Admittedly, I could probably push harder on my squat. I tend to deload it often when the weight gets super strenuous. Don't laugh but it's because someone showed me a video one time of a guy who shit out his intestines on a heavy lift so that's always in the back of my mind when I squat xD

The problem with breakfast is that I'm not hungry when I first wake and I go straight for the coffee which even further suppresses my appetite but I will make a conscious effort to force some food down. Thanks for the tips guys, great shit here.

Haha classic response. First show 3 weeks ago, came in way too flat. Second is the current rebound. Not huge.

Essentially I was suggesting you try tk minimize the damage done by any off plan meals by making typical body builder food choices.

Anyways your turn, let's see that physique.
