What's up everyone, was looking for a legit forum and it looks like I've come to the right place. Been lifting for almost 2 years but didn't really start taking it serious until last year, hoping to soak up some of this game!

Currently running a bro split PPL style split while going to college. On a bulk eating around 2900 cals daily, I'd like to get to 170 lean as I am still such a beginner I would like to hope I can push to 170 lean with noob gains before introducing any substances.

Username checks out with age. Maybe work on those forearms if you're not gonna fap tho

You probably don't need 2900 calories per day to bulk... unless you do. Watch the scale, aim for half a pound per week.

You should be pushing more for like 190lbs and graduating college before introducing substances.

There are many gains to make prior to PED use. You are at an optimal age, and I'm sure you're producing your own testosterone at a rate I can only vaguely remember as a 60 year old. Don't start any substances too early in life. I have little choice at my age. You do.

Haha, I definitely need to start incorporating some forearm exercises into my routine. Honestly, I don’t currently have any dedicated workouts for my forearms or abs.

Regarding calories, I need to dial it back a bit for sure. I’ve noticed I’ve gained hella fat in my face, and my abs are becoming harder to see. I was eating everything in sight during the first six months of lifting, mass gainer shakes daily, creatine, chocolate milk daily (Noob Shit I know).

When you mention 190 lbs, are you referring to 190 lbs of lean mass or mid-peak bulk? At my height and current stats, it seems ambitious without any sauce.

Absolutely! I have no intentions of considering hopping on until I'm at least 27-28. I want to hit natty peak or close to it and possibly do a couple natty shows before even considering the sauce. Thank you for the advice.

190lbs at your current bodyfat level.

It'll take years, and thats the point. PEDs aren't meant for hobbyists, they're meant for enthusiasts... meaning you've done this for a significant period of time.

2 years is great, but not exactly a lifetime dedication.
Don't risk your long term health for a hobby and physique that doesn't require it. At 190lbs lean, you may find you don't actually want more muscle.

Now I have that out of the way you look good. My first two years I went backwards. So great work. Yes you are lean. Perhaps too lean to take advantage of newbe gains. Yet the lean bull gets the collage pussy. So concentrate on that. You have your whole life to get buffed.

Guess it is winter there by that shit tan. You can get tan in a bottle for winter.

Don't give up. I think you have what it takes. Find a utube person to follow. One that inspires you to keep working out.
