New guy on the forum

Hey All,

I'm new to forums but have been lurking for a bit. I've been training for roughly 15 years. I'm currently around 195ish. 12%BF rough 5'10. Training 6 days/week. Eating at maintenance. I Have around 6 to 7 cycles under my belt. Look forward to sharing and learning on this forum.
