Became a Mets fan solely bc if Piazza as a kid as I was a catcher and idolized him. Not from nY but always been my team
And I'm from Delaware so I jumped off of Philly's local bandwagon

Can you post your diet / what you ate on the dates listed below? Be sure to include total calories and macros per meal. Also, list any workouts (cardio or weights training) you did on these dates as well.

Hello! I've been a lurker for a while here and I finally decided to make an account. I am competitive swimmer as well as lifter. I am female, 5'9 and 150 lbs. I am looking to try running DNP for weight loss and to tone up for swimming, however I know it's quite hard to come by. I was hoping someone on this forum could help hook me up with a reliable source.

I know everyone's going to tell me I don't know what I'm doing, and just to change my diet and exercise to lose weight. However I have done extensive research on this and I know how to use it safely. I'd probably plan to run 100 for about a week, which isn't much but females have lower tolerances, and then I'd run 200 for the next week. After that I'd stop and assess how I look and feel. If I feel absolutely nothing on 100 or 200 I may increase, but not right away, I'd give it time to work at a low dosage first for at least a couple days. Also, I already work out 6 days a week (2-3 cardio, 3 weights) and eat clean. I know my nutrition/macros/etc and have even taken a couple college nutrition courses. I used to be around 165 but lost using CICO. The only reason I am looking to DNP now is because I've been stuck at 150 for literally two years. I've tried lower caloric deficits and even reverse dieting. Nothing's worked so far. Because I've been at this for years, already have a good exercise routine and good nutrition, and have researched a shit ton about DNP including what to do and not to do on it, I think I'm a viable candidate to try running it for the first time.

Any advice/input or source recs/suggestions is greatly appreciated! Thank you guys!
These guys run everyone off don't be perturbed. Although anytime a woman is here it does seem Very sus. No one's is gonna give D n P but they will give you D n P ya feels me ?

This is 5’9 about 150lbs
I just spent way too long hitting the "X" that's actually a part of the screenshot and not actually closing the picture out.
I'll see myself out.

Oh and @randomobject welcome, but you should listen to these folks. Something is t adding up.

That is true. However I have been in a caloric deficit and tried tons of variations on it, a small deficit, a large one. I think my weight has just plateaued because my body doesn't want to lose any more. I already have a normal/low bf percentage and I am not over weight. I don't need to lose weight medically, I just want to for bodybuilding/swimming/aesthetics. At this point, more of a caloric deficit and I'll be diagnosed with an eating disorder and it will affect my training and performance in school too.
If you're already at a normal or possibly low body fat level, wouldn't any additional weight loss result in a loss of muscle as well?

Waiting for the white knight brigade to rush in and defend. That always cracks me up. Go ahead sport, feel good about defending a dude pretending to be a chick on the internet. Maybe you met your soulmate.

I’m still waiting on that Nigerian princess to send me the money she promised

I am betting that this is actually a dude, but he's hoping that telling people he's a chick will get him better results.
