I was specifically referring to the red meat.
From what I have learned that Red meat if not lean like bison, elk, deer. Has a lot more of o6 than o3, or polyunsaturaed fat should be kept near 15 grams a day. And I like fish but my wife doesn't really. So it has been definitely lacking in my diet. And is good to have a better balance with proteins that have more o3's

You're missing the forest for the trees.

Yes, red meat has a higher relative O6:O3 ratio, but the important part that you're missing is that there's not a lot of TOTAL omega 6's, or omega 3's, in red meat. It doesn't move the needle.

One 4 ounce piece of salmon will offset 12 POUNDS of red meat, to get to the 4:1 ratio of 6 to 3 that most recommend.

You're worrying about something inconsequential

If you want to make a difference, avoid refined oils and snack foods, as those are high in Omega 6 and offer no real nutrition.

The biggest bang for the buck would be to up your 0-3's; eat more salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring, and/or supplement with fish oil.

Giving your father in law bitch tit's is funny, I appreciate your honesty and insights. 10 days to new labs, definitely interested in seeing what's going on. And really at some point I do need to find someone who specializes in bloodworm in this respect.
One small mistake can have a huge conciquence. If this is your only avenue my suggestion is small steps and only change one thing at a time.

As I said my trt is from an endocrinologist. She has worked with me for years. And still insists with a bloodtest every three months. In my country the only ai is tamoxifen and my doctor keeps my dose under the level where i need it. In five years I still have my first and only box of 10mg per tab. Unopened. If you get it right you don't need an ai.

Good luck my friend.

And don't think for even a fucking millisecond that eating wild/grass fed red meat vs regular makes a difference at all, in terns of O6:O3 ratio. It doesn't. Again, the total amount matters!!!

If you want to eat it for other reasons, fine.

This is great, thank you.

Definitely is, been trying to get tuna and salmon. Cod, I even got some sweet Halibut from a co worker that took a trip to AK. I am loaded for bear with kipper snacks, and unsalted nut mix as well. And a couple shakes a day. Been trying to cut down on red meat and even chicken. Trying my best to get this dialed in, got a list of supplement as well.

Any information about anything nutrition. I am willing to learn what others do. To see if it's something I need or not.

99% of it is just eat real food. If a caveman had access to it in his time, it's fine to eat.

But don't be a a weirdo, either.

Don't bring Tupperware meals to parties, have a cookie or piece of cake, get an ice cream with your kid, eat that special dessert that your wife tried to make...

I misread this.

I'd absolutely have bloodwork done on my TRT dose to see what's going on, and to have baselines.
I have done that too. We know you better than that.

Op there is a right way and a wrong way.

Welcome. You are in the right place.

It's a stage we all go through at some point. We let our diet/training take over too much of our lives and it makes us the center of attention at family events and get togethers.

Enjoy things when you can and special moments. No point in living if you're constantly denying yourself a life.

Good luck man
