Newb to forum, been in the game for a min

What’s up gents and ladies, 29 male, been lifting a since I was 14, did combat sports as a kid up through my teenage years till I discovered bodybuilding and fell in love, it’s also not a whole lot of fun getting punched in the face and not getting paid for it.

Anyway, always did strength training here and there but was always lean from the amount of cardio that comes w jits, boxing, Maui Thai etc. mom married my stepdad who was a body builder and did local shows just for the pure love of the sport and that’s when I discovered a whole as different game lol. I fell in love, lifted all through high school and off an on through the years. Had my oldest boy and just worked and let go of the gym and ate like shit and gained a bunch of weight.

Got back in to the gym off and on in 2015 and was always fat af but could throw weight, finally ended a shit ass relationship then been addicted and on my grind consistently since 2019. Always stayed natty up until 2019 when I hopped on trt at 200mgs of test cyp a week and got down to 187lbs. First cycle was just 400mgs of test cyp for 14 weeks, shot up to 225, second cycle was 400 mgs. Test cyp, 400mgs of deca for 16 weeks, last 6 weeks threw in 40mg of var. currently planning my next cycle but not sure what I wana try, maybe do another test/deca but start w dbol and finish w var, was very happy w my results last time.

As of now I’m on a 2700 cal maintenance diet, roughly 280 grams of protein, 260 grams of carbs and about 75 grams of fat. Currently cruising at 200mgs of test cyp sitting at 203.6 lbs and 3 weeks post hernia surgery

Nice intro and welcome! You'll fit in just fine here. A great intro and some tough skin sometimes, is all ya need! Keep up the great work and way to keep at it w/ surgery and all.
