Flush that crap and do a real cycle if you want to lean out and get gains,you gota eat right,train hard and only when you have all that down pat then you can consider a cycle of anabolics but sounds like you should just train natty till you got a plateau,while doing that do some thorough research on anabolic compounds and make your decisions based on knowledge.good luck
