How many per day ?
I don't eat them every day. After my workout on Saturday, I make a fairly large 10 egg omelette with one red bell pepper, one green bell pepper, 1/2 of a vidalia onion, 3 nice sized jalapenos, 5 seranos and 3 celery stalks.
During the week, I'll occasionally fry a few eggs to eat at night.
