Getting blood work in 2 weeks. Only because I want to habe blood work before I donate and right after I donate blood. I'm curious to see how much my rbc and hemocrit drops

I did. I was looking for a better answer. I usually go to B.O.P. but a buddy was trying some Novas product and said it was good stuff. I just wanted to see if I would get the same answer
