I usually train M-F PPL Shoulders/Core, and Arms. Been going really well lately. I also have always rode motocross, which is the inverse of what you want to train for with bodybuilding. For those who dont know its high intensity cardio and endurance, it gets pretty damn brutal actually. To me this seems pretty counterproductive to recovery and etc. I usually prep and bring food with me and stay fed with lots of carbs and protein during the riding.

Still I wonder if that type of very high intensity cardio burns muscle or severely impedes recovery, or if it is totally fine and actually a good thing as its cross training. Obviously I love it and its something I grew up doing but I cant let shit get in the way of the gym and kitchen either. What do you guys think about this for anyone that participates in other sports?

You burn a fuck ton of calories riding motocros.

No, it's not ideal if your goal is be the best bodybuilder that you can be. But it's perfectly fine if you're OK with just having a great physique, and not the best.

Eat. Then eat again. And when you break your collarbone, arm, and leg, that's going to hurt progress, too.
