Hi everyone,

I’m new to the Nashville area and looking for a personal trainer who can help me stay motivated and focused on my fitness goals. A little about me: I’ve always been active but recently hit a bit of a plateau and want to take my fitness to the next level. I’m open to different training styles, but I’d really appreciate someone who can help with both strength training and overall wellness. I also value a trainer who is patient, encouraging, and willing to customize workouts to fit my individual needs.

I’ve heard of Basic and Beyond and am considering them, but I’m also hoping to explore other options and hear about personal experiences with trainers in the area.

If anyone has worked with a personal trainer in Nashville who they’d recommend, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks so much! Looking forward to connecting!

What your looking for is on the inside, not the outside.

Unless you're planning on competing, I don't think you need to be giving away your hard earned money. There are plenty of guys here who will take the time to help you with what ever questions you have.

The secret is, There are no secrets. Intelligent hard work wins all the time.

Most gyms don't let trainers not registered with them train you. So you will need to change membership to do this. Guessing you don't like the trainers where you are.

Or are you looking for a trainer with a studio. Then I'm your man. Australia is just round the corner.

Snake is right. All you need is a great program. A great diet. Stick to both and get an online coach or better still train with someone better than you.
Hi. Welcome.
