Been crusing and blasting Less than a year. Pin twice a week 75 mg test cyp, and rotating between glutes and thighs. i pinned to low a couple weeks ago into my thigh/hams connection and man. I limped all damn week felt like I got shot. Doc said I probably hit a nerve. But anyways.
Anyone else here don’t pin quads at all? and what do they pin instead? I know shoulders is a great place I just haven’t tried them yet. Anyone care to share their quad experience?
