Pinning quads a NO????

Been crusing and blasting Less than a year. Pin twice a week 75 mg test cyp, and rotating between glutes and thighs. i pinned to low a couple weeks ago into my thigh/hams connection and man. I limped all damn week felt like I got shot. Doc said I probably hit a nerve. But anyways.

Anyone else here don’t pin quads at all? and what do they pin instead? I know shoulders is a great place I just haven’t tried them yet. Anyone care to share their quad experience?

I've pinned quads, glutes, lats, pecs, front delts, lateral delts

I always pin in glutes. Anytime ive used shoulders or quad it’s always sore throughout the entire muscle for days

I pin quads sometimes. It can get pippy, but I'm kinda determined to have an extra place to pin. My glutes have had enough.

My right quad is a hell no . Every time it swells and gives me hell for 3-4 days

Have you ever had a bad pin?
Safe to say we've all had at least one. Hell the '22 State meet my Delt and VG were all blown up. Delt wasn't as bad , the VG was puffed up so bad you could see it once I had my singlet on.

We play stupid games ,, sometimes we win stupid prizes. (y)

I have only haD this happen with tren too far down..

Other than that I only pin my quads… it’s the easiest spot to reach..

I have used every site but my calfs..

I’ve even used the inside of my forearms.

Maybe it has to do with the lab and the way they brew.

I just did 2ml on the outside of my upper quad about 4” down from my hip bone 2 days ago..

Nothing, Nada, Ne’enda,No pain or Soreness at all

Yikes …. Maybe my stuff is fake.? . And just oil

Quads and ventro glute were my go to spots.

Yeah fuck pinning quads bro. Tried it 3 times (because the first two weren't bad enough for me to learn) and every time the PIP was fucking hell.

I just do glutes, ventroglutes, and shoulders.

Asking for trouble hitting you legs…side and rear delts, glutes, I like triceps , lats are ok…there r plenty to hit before have to go anywhere near legs
