What old school myths are still frequent around you?

Today I heard again another hate against eggs, increasing cholesterol, so we should avoid them.
Otherwise still surviving BS like everyone should drink around 5l a day or girls in the office when they want to start tell me they don't want big biceps (standardly holding the fat on arm telling they have already big arms). What I hear often is that if I don't feel the muscles in pain, the training was worthless.

Eggs did raise my cholesterol quite a bit, both HDL and LDL. But the amount that my LDL was raised was disproportionate to the increase of HDL by a significant amount.

I was eating AT LEAST 6-8 eggs a day at the time. 🤷‍♂️

I also wouldn't say that drinking at least 4L of water a day isn't either wrong advice or bad advice. It's a pretty good practice in general.

This was me for a long time and I got in the habit of doing crazy high volume workouts for hours until I was ready to collapse , my old notebook I can show you workouts taking 3 and 4 hours and moving a total of 50 to 54 tons haahaahaha.

I still believe the most environmental thing would be to eat people...imagine if the population dropped, then the nature will blossom.
Aquaponics cheap easy to set up and doesn't take much space just a water supply to keep it going.

Use a hearty fish like Tilapia and feed em , they make fertilizer , run that fertilized water through your vegetable beds or rice patty to feed that and recycle the left over water back to the fish tank.

If they are happy and the water is right the fish should keep making fish and you can keep growing veggies.
