It's kind of an outdated concept, but a lot of gyms still make "cold calls" where you just call people and tell them about the membership. That job never appealed to me in the slightest. Other gyms have done away with the sales positions altogether.

Yeah that’s the plan if I can’t get another job in my current field I’ll be a personal trainer. I signed up to do the NASM CPT.
