No shit
Been to Vung Tau maybe 4 years ago
Nice and easy drive from Saigon
Its a nice town, good markets, good food.
But the beach is not nice lol... i remember seeing all the oil rigs and contsiner dhips from the beach, kinda killed my buzz lmao
Nice! But that's disappointing about the beach. I'll stay in town and eat street food until I vomit, and then go back for more. I never get tired of Vietnamese food.

Edit: I'm having a difficult time adjusting to your knife-wielding LGBTQ+ duck avatar... I still picture you as Uncle Ben.

I used to eat protein bars when I was younger and had a hard time getting food down. Now that I'm older, I go for actual food to help satiate my appetite. For some reason it keeps going up as I get older.

I feel you on protein bars, but the Quest line of Hero bars are awesome. Kinda of like a Snickers bars. Eat them when I get the sweet cravings!

I like the good old fashioned.
My 2 favorites are
Apple pie and the pretzel and peanut butter combo….
Little high in calories but if you eat one and pound a qt of water with it, it will def fill you up.

I just looked up Hoi An on Google images... It's beautiful. I really like the canals. I'm adding that to the list of places we're going to visit once I finally make it there.

Just looked it up... Wow. That is definitely luxurious. I know where I'll be staying now! I'll tell em a dude named silentlemon1011 sent me; hopefully I'll get a discount. (Or I might be roughly escorted from the premises, but I'll take my chances.)

Did you ever try the first bar they released?
If not, be happy you didn't. They were rough. Like almost not edible rough.

Anyone have some basic/simple homemade recipes?

The ones I've seen online are usually non-bake containing atleast 3 ingredients.

Oats, Protein Powder, & a Liquid (almond milk, oat milk, etc...)
