So I've been doing some research and can't get a definitive answer. I hit the gym every a.m for cardio and a quick touch up on last night's lift and again in the evening for a hard lift. I have been doing pushups at night but was curious if a.m or p.m or both would be better? Mainly for bulking not cutting. Figured I'd ask people that would know better. Thanks again guys.
