Good morning everyone, knew to this forum hope to get some good feedback and education experience on what you guys do to stay as healthy as possible will taking supplements. I recently just got prep coach Academy, which is Victor Black courses tells you the fundamentals of PEDs. Do you guys have any books or reading recommendations that will help to better understand what to look for when levels are elevated and how to combat them to stay as healthy as possible.

This is just a general question.

What's a book?

For reference you can always just Google something depending on how scientific the question is and the research done on the topic. Other questions may pull in some Bro Science but you can always refer back to us here.
