New to the forum, excited to be part of the community, not sure why I didn't find it sooner.

Me:
45 yr old Male, 5'10", 20% BF, 200 lbs
Started TRT (120mg Test C, HcG) w CJC/Ipa (250mcg) a couple years ago w great results first year.

Second year now and have an Anavar (20mg EOD) & Nandrolone cycle (120mg per week) under the belt.

I still cycle CJC/IPA & Glutathione injections 3 months on, 1 month off.

Harm reduction stack:
Liver: Glutathione, NAC
Kidneys: Perilla Extract, Astragalus Root
Cholesterol: Fish Oil
Blood Pressure: Cialis

Favorite result so far is that 225lb bench is finally just my standard and not a PR. (And my bloodwork isn't crazy.)

My goal in being here is to see if I can learn more about how to increase strength & build sustainable muscle mass versus relying too much on bunk Reddit posts.

Overall, excited to meet like minded folks, cheers!

Welcome to the board, you'll soon learn to never call that a cycle, just still trt! Plus you wasted time and money on that var.

Guess you never thought it but 45 isn't considered old here. That is one of the best things about this community. We have everyone from 20 to over 60 still pushing the steel hard.
Very impressed with the slow increases you make with your trt. It is easy to think twice as much will get me twice as much.
Not wanting to put a negative spin on such a good intro. But 20% bf is a little high for 45. Not in the general community most of them are 40%. But for good health 15% is better. But each to their own.

Agreed. I need to get there. Right now I think the 2 IPAs I down a night arent helping.

Nice intro btw.
20% isn't life endangering like standing in the middle of the rifle range. It just isn't as safe as being at the beach and wondering what she has tucked away under that bikini.
Unless ur happily married and playing with guns is much safer than watching young ladies at the beach.
20% is much better than 25%. So it all has to do with from where you are standing.
Just reread that pile of poop. Wtf was my point. Ignore me and keep doing what your doing. You got this bro.

Pretty sure we have at least one member here in his late 70's, still grinding out reps. That's pretty damn cool if you ask me.
