Searched scalp acne and nothing came up. It is not cystic and I don't really get any acne elsewhere except where my neck and head meet sometimes. Basically, I am bald and I keep getting pimples on my scalp. I am only using test cruise/blast. Anyone have experience/solution?

A brief look and I think that is what it is. Wow, appreciate you mentioning this. That said I didn't have it prior to test use. Can it be hormone related? Do/did you have this?

I do.

I manage it with

Amazon-com-PHARMBANNER-Anti-Fungal-Shampoo-for-Folliculitis-Seborrheic-Dermatitis-Scalp-Psoria...jpg

during beanie/hoodie weather it can get worse if I don't wear them once then wash them.

if it gets to bad I go to my Dr and get antibiotics that clear it up for a while.

Roger that. I will order tonight. Good to know there is an antibiotic available as well if needed.

I would try a simple and cheap solution first. Get a body wash soap that contains Salicylic Acid. You can get it almost anywhere. Amazon has their Amazon Basics brand for $5.

Thanks. I was using the Neutrogena soap (Body Clear) w Salicylic Acid but it didn't cut it. The stuff Eazy suggested works as advertised for this issue. But i also bought the much cheaper T/Sal therapeutic shampoo from Neutragena to see if it compares.
