I only know this because my psyc doc at the VA ordered a genetic drug test and my results were interesting, led me down a rabbit hole for 3days.

This specific test basically determined what drugs you metabolize better than others, it was designed for cancer patients but they've expanded on it a little bit. It's officially called a phaser test panel. It doesn't cover every drug or every genetic trait. The categories for my test wereFind out anything worthwhile? Actionable?
2 of the genes tested are directly related to testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, few other hormones can't remember off the top of my head I was slowly working on a write up about it because I found it interesting, since a lot of people have claimed they don't react to certain steroids and have been somewhere ridiculed, when in fact, it is entirely possible. Again that is jumping way far ahead since the odds are and I would bet large sums of money that 1 or more of the following, diet, gear, training, and sleep, are being neglected. This specific test basically determined what drugs you metabolize better than others, it was designed for cancer patients but they've expanded on it a little bit. Anti ineffective, anticoagulant, antiplatement, cardiovascular, cholesterol, gastrointestinal, oncology, pain, transplant.
It will also give you a list of genes unfortunately it doesn't tell you what those genes do, that you have to look up I did block those out for a little bit of privacy. View attachment 54795
Hold on guys. I never said I’m not getting results. I just keep upping my dosage. I’m 6’1 230 and everything thinks I look like the hulk. I just want more muscle and to start taking a normal amount of gear. If I lower my dosage back to normal everything will be fine? So basically you guys are saying there’s no such thing as tolerance?
thats b/c you are a braves fan. just sayinggood christ. i can’t tolerate 50mg/week of tren

lol pretty accurate. mets are dramatic as can be with their season. following year have it all the way up to the series and need 1 fugging game and the Braves sweep em. this year... absolutely horrible the 1st half and then OMG comes along and the offense is out the damn ying yang."consistent excellence"

The comparison between the New York Mets and the Atlanta Braves depends on the time frame and criteria you're considering (e.g., current roster, recent performance, historical success). Here's a breakdown to help you decide:
Fan Base and Rivalry
The Mets and Braves have one of the most heated rivalries in baseball, especially during the 1990s and early 2000s. The Braves' consistent excellence contrasted with the Mets' dramatic, sometimes tumultuous history fuels the debate among fans.

Mets offense just went cold at the wrong time and some costly errors. Dodgers just had a solid program that played solid defense. Mets were on a roll till they got down during a massive error ridden game and bats went cold. Hitting is contagiousbraves would win and then promptly get swept by the yankees every year in the 90s it seemed. i was pulling for you guys this year – it's the phillies i can't stand.

“There are a variety of (rule change ideas) that are being talked about out there,” Manfred said. “One of them — there was a little buzz around it at an owners’ meeting — was the idea of a Golden At-Bat.”
OK, what is a Golden At-Bat?
What if a team could choose one at-bat in every game to send its best hitter to the plate even if it wasn’t that guy’s turn to hit? That’s the Golden At-Bat concept in a nutshell.
Say there are two outs in the 10th inning in October. The Yankees and Guardians are tied. Does this ring a bell at all? But in this alternate October universe, it’s not Juan Soto who is due up. It’s, say, Oswaldo Cabrera. Except the Yankees say: No, no, no. We’re going to use our Golden AB here … and send up Soto. Then home run magic happens.
“Wouldn’t that have been the (ultimate) Golden At-Bat homer?” one front-office executive mused, as we were talking about this concept. “Can we send Juan Soto up there to do that? He actually did hit that homer in that moment.”
He did. And that’s the goal. So should baseball change the rules to attempt to create more of those moments? That’s the question.
I've decided, this thread is 100% about baseball now. Better than the original topic anyway, Hijack awaySince we're on baseball, this is dumbest idea I've ever heard:
