Fell off the wagon on this log. Here's an update:

Barbell Bench E1RM is 275 (untested, estimated from a 2/6 session)
Squat E1RM is 360 (untested, estimated from a 2/12 session)
Deadlift E1RM is 375 (untested, estimated from a 2/8 session)

Dumbbell flat bench from 2/13. Pretty stoked to get a clean rep of the 115s... after almost putting an innocent bystander in the hospital trying to get them up.

I can't recall the secondary lifts, but they would have been push hypertrophy focused.

Here is standing overhead press from Thursday. Yesterday I sat on my ass mostly.

Push Secondary (3-4 sets of 8-10, last set to failure):
Dips (just 3x10 body weight not TF, haven't done dips in a minute and they didn't feel quite right)
Plate-loaded machine shrug (also not TF, was just waiting for a machine)
Iso-lat plate-loaded machine shoulder press
JM presses
45 degree cable fly

Currently floating around 210, which is where I'm trying to stay for now. I'm estimating BF is about 17% What do you guys think?
