IDK, T-Bar row always felt fuckin weird to me. Tried it dozens of times, it just never felt right.

I just yeet some heavy ass dumbbells or use machine/cable rows and I'm thicc enough.

Underhand > Neutral > Overhand grip on machines and cables tho

I feel NOTHING with db rows. I'm so jealous of you fukkers!!! 😭

Ya, I was going to say I'll trade you my DB row feel for your T-bar row feel, but I don't think I actually want to do that, hahah

Good, because it doesn't matter.

Find the exercises that work for you, and lean into those. Those will be the ones that drive progress. Don't try to force any exercise just because someone says that you must do that exercise. There are no magic exercises.

That's why they work so well

Yeah, I get that. Sometimes we're TOO strict in our movements.

Next time I try rows out, I'll give Krocs a whirl. I just can't turn it into 'starting the lawnmower' sloppy! 🤣

I find a t bar helps more in the middle of the back where the bent over barbell is more towards right between the shoulders and above
It depends on how far you're bent over, as well as the grip width being used, as well as where you're pulling to (towards chest vs towards abdomen)

Also how your palms are facing!

Palms down, more mid lower, palms up more mid upper.
