Leg Day
Pinched shoulder, 2nd day. Can’t raise left arm. I did do legs yesterday, but not with much intensity.
Leg Extensions; 3x15x90
Hack Squat: 15x135, 15x225, 10x315, 10x365, 6x365, 5x365, 8x315
Leg Curls: 15x90, 15x110, 15x130 (I’ll feel these later), 13x130, 6x130, 8x110
Calve Extension: 20x85, 20x205, 20x245, 14x285 actually difficult here, 14x285, 9x285
Leg Extensions; 10x100, 10x110 tough, 6x110
Single Leg Press: 10x90, 10x110 (lats cramping), 10x110, 10x110
Yeah; it was a lot of volume, but I wanted to see what the top range for working sets would be. Next week I have starting points.
I felt weak and sore today. So hopefully next time I can slam these numbers to jumpstart intense progress.
Frustrated it’s the end of November and this is what I have to show for 2023.
